The PBX Operator's main responsibility is to receive and forward all incoming calls to the hotel. Address and resolve all customer problems in an efficient and effective manner. Take messages and track special requests. Notify guests of messages, mail and facsimiles. Process facsimile requests. Make necessary wake-up calls. Operate paging system. Maintain guest listings. Report any problems or the need for repairs immediately
