Key highlights:

  • Full time role
  • 5 days per week; M-F
  • The anticipated schedule for this role will be 9am-5pm PST
  • Remote role (productivity will be measured by internal metrics)
  • Up to $21.63/hr

The Talent Systems Support Specialist I will leverage superior customer service skills to provide accurate information and support to our Hiring Managers around the current ATS platform (iCIMS) and ancillary products. This role will investigate, diagnose and deliver time sensitive solutions to our internal stakeholders while creating, tracking, and closing cases in our ticketing platform when issues are resolved.



  • At least 1 year of work experience in a customer service role; preferably in a tech-centric role at nationally recognized technology retailers; Bachelors/Associates degree or equivalent in Technology and/or related fields is a plus
  • Must have good working knowledge of Windows and its components
  • Experience with HRIS, HCM, CRM and/or ATS is a plus
  • Strong customer relations skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Capacity to control an interaction in a consultative way
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong knowledge of web-browser based technologies


  • Address and resolve Hiring Manager concerns and issues in a timely manner
  • Engage across corporate functions (HRIS, HR Data Entry, Compensation) to partner together to solve issues

  • Clearly and succinctly document communications with customers within our case management system, providing outstanding customer service

  • Troubleshoot Hiring Manager issues using screen sharing software such as MS Teams, Zoom, or similar
  • Balance ownership of existing case load and newly submitted requests (prioritizing issues based on severity and customer impact, where needed)
  • Dedicated to the success and satisfaction of our Hiring Managers and our business
  • Attempt to resolve Hiring Manager issues or escalate to advanced personnel if necessary
  • Consistently ensures that business is conducted with empathy and integrity at all times and that behavior aligns with Aimbridge policies, procedures, and core competencies
