Job Summary


The HR Program Communications Manager is responsible for the HR internal relations communications and corporate social media as well as cultivating a positive Employee Brand Experience by owning and developing Employee Relations Activities for the Aimbridge Hospitality Corporate Associates. This position is a key member and collaborator with all Centers of Excellence within the HR department and responsible for crafting and executing initiatives coming from Human Resources throughout the company. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.




  • Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of communications experience is required.
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrates strong written and spoken presentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Must possess superior working computer skills with a keen understanding of business software such as MS Excel PowerPoint and Word documents.
  • Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment.



  • Works closely with graphic design and assist with new initiative launches
  • Maintains effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of objectives.
  • Writes different types of copy as dictated by purpose.
  • Collaborates closely with marketing and sales teams to establish tone of voice and appropriate writing styles.
  • Attends training sessions or conferences as needed.
  • Shows the ability to multi-task prioritize and work efficiently as well as flexibility to adapt to all situations and work varied hours; work weekends or evenings on occasion.
  • Anticipates work needs and follows through with minimal direction.
