Job Summary

The HR Administrate Assistant job is an entry level job supporting the HR Department and entails providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the ongoing HR functions of the office;  during the initial phase of recruitment and onboarding, taking employee pictures and maintaining of employment files, resetting employee passwords, answering questions over the phone and walk in associates,  help with administering new hire training programs and safety programs, administer recognition and celebration programs, , update Bulletin Boards and communication TVs, etc.  Helping with basic payroll, maintaining storage rooms and supplies.  Must be Bilingual English/Spanish.



  • High School diploma or equivalent is required with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources field preferred.
  • Fair knowledge of techniques of interviewing selecting and recruiting applicants for employment.
  • Able to motivate individuals in achieving goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and processes.
  • Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work.
  • Ability to speak write and read the English language.
  • Ability to speak Spanish
  • Knowledge of organization operating procedures and policies of the human resource department.
  • Relevant computer software and hardware applications knowledge.


  • Preparing reviewing interpreting analyzing and approving a variety of data information and reports and making recommendations depending on findings.
  • May enter data into the the HR system of record for maintaining accurate records.
  • Prepares reports and presentation materials. 
  • Receives and responds to correspondence. 
  • Receives and directs visitors. 
  • Schedules meetings and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Dealing with incoming calls post email and faxes and taking minutes and dictation in meetings.
  • Providing orientation and training for new staff conducting research on internet operating and troubleshooting new office technologies.
  • Organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files and managing projects.
