Job Summary

This position is responsible for supporting our Vice President in maximizing the company's development efforts. This position requires a mid-level business development associate who can identify potential opportunities and develop the tactics and resources needed to bring them to fruition. 




  • Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 5 years of hospitality sales and/or vacation rental experience required
  • Highly energetic and passionate individual with a positive and highly motivated 'can do' attitude
  • Proven track record of successfully analyzing data to make strategic and tactical decisions
  • Understanding of the principles and practical applications of the hotel/vacation rental business.
  • Advanced to Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and equilivant Google products including the ability to understand and manipulate spreadsheets
  • Good listening, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Excellent presentation, public speaking, and written communication skills 




  • Analyzing financial investment opportunities including the creation of detailed pro forma models
  • Providing due diligence for potential opportunities (i.e., analyzing competitive properties, reviewing market supply/demand fundamentals, analyzing financials and sales/revenue strategy, etc.)
  • Conducting detailed reviews of P&Ls/operating budgets of prospective investment opportunities
  • Assisting the developers in the preparation and presentation of new investment opportunities for capital partners
  • Researching and monitoring relevant industry trends and their potential impact
  • Providing training and leadership to the anlayst team in order to foster both technical abilities and career growth
  • Attending industry events, expanding peer and vendor networks, and becoming a submect matter expert in our business niche
