A Banquet Attendant is responsible for the set up and the service of all assigned banquet functions, for providing the highest quality service to guests and servers, maintaining the Aimbridge Hospitality standards of cleanliness and sanitation while following the requirements of the Banquet Event Order. The Banquet Attendant is also responsible for the restocking and documentation of the bars inventory to enhance customer/guest services.

Un asistente de banquetes es responsable de la organización y el servicio de todas las funciones de banquetes asignadas, para brindar un servicio de la más alta calidad a los invitados y servidores, manteniendo los estándares de limpieza y saneamiento de Aimbridge Hospitality y siguiendo los requisitos de la Orden de eventos de banquetes. El asistente de banquetes también es responsable de reabastecer y documentar el inventario de bares para mejorar los servicios al cliente/huésped.

QUALIFICACIONES

• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the hotel.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working (per brand standards)
• Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Comply with certification requirements as applicable for position to include Alcohol Awareness Food handlers Safety etc.
• Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
• Perform preparatory tasks and side work duties to ensure that guests are served promptly and efficiently.
• Know how to read the Banquet Event Order and be familiar with the menu of the assigned function.
• Stock the bar with drinks, garnishes, and glassware.
• Maintain a clean working environment.
• Assist bar services by organizing supplies, cleaning stations/bar-top/tables, and inventory record
  keeping.
• May assist serving customers and guests as directed by bartenders and/or bar management.
• Moving portable bars into banquet rooms
• Cleaning portable bars at the closed of the function
• Set up the bar according to hotel standards and Banquet Event Order to ensure that guests are
  served promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare beverages and cocktails according to the hotel's mixing and presentation standards.
• Serve guests with all beverage requirements in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Break down bar after the completion of functions; Store liquor, supplies, and equipment according to
  the hotel's standards.
• Follow all state liquor law
• Follow prescribed procedures in serving liquor with care to avoid problems with intoxicated guests
• Ensure that the bar and service areas are kept clean and tidy during service
• Other duties as required.

CALIFICACIONES

• Configure el bar de acuerdo con los estándares del hotel y el orden de eventos de banquetes para garantizar que los invitados estén
• servido con prontitud y eficacia.
• Prepare bebidas y cócteles de acuerdo con los estándares de mezcla y presentación del hotel.
• Servir a los invitados con todos los requisitos de bebidas de una manera amigable, cortés y profesional.
• Romper la barra después de la finalización de las funciones; Almacene el licor, los suministros y el equipo de acuerdo con
• los estándares del hotel.
