Salary starting at $55,000 OEM (based on experience)
The ideal candidate will primarily cover mid-shift including weekends. Flexibility is required based on business needs.
The Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM oversees a team of agents with an emphasis on managing reservations, supporting the resort’s VIP and guest recovery programs, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction through enthusiastic and sincere service. This individual is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy through various initiatives and partnership with Revenue Management. The Front Desk Assistant Manager OEM is expected to cover the Front Desk, as needed, as well as support department and property leadership while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests, prior to arrival and throughout their stay.
