The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising and assisting with the preparation, service, and cleanliness of all assigned banquets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
It requires at least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
It would be helpful to have studied something related to the field in college.
Previous experience as a supervisor is preferred.
Certificate to Serve/Sell Alcohol (must meet State requirements)
