Job Summary

The Kids Club Attendant is responsible for performing activities for kids club guests based on the themed days. We are looking for motivated individuals with energetic personalities, great attention to detail and want to create memories.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
  • There's no specific educational background for the job as you can learn about it while working.
  • Experience in administering first aid is preferred.
  • Must have excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have excellent medical and physical fitness
  • Must have pleasant personality and cheerful disposition

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to all guests and condo owners

· Promote the recreational activities (i.e., bike rentals, beach service, activities, events) to guests

· Assist with facility routines, programs, and special events

· Supervise all children and make sure rules are followed

· Assist with daily kids club events and activities

· Assist with opening and closing procedures, including the set-up and break down of kids club

· Greet guests in a friendly helpful manner

· Keeps work area tidy and organized

· Assist guest with related questions and concerns

· Follows company policies and procedures

· Ability to read, write, and communicate professionally with both customers and co-workers

· Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift without assistance

· Ability to work in the heat and/or cold, often with extended exposure to the sun

· Must be available to work nights, weekends, and, on occasion, a longer than normal workday

 

Physical Demands:

· Must be able to lift/carry 50 LBS

· Must be able to work in the sun/heat for long periods of time

Certifications:

· Infant/child CPR/First Aid Certification a plus
