The Director Procurement Systems & Technology Solutions is a strategic member of the Aimbridge Procurement leadership team and is responsible for providing leadership and subject matter expertise with Procurement functional area. This person utilizes procurement systems technologies and tools to support overall Procurement function strategy and execution. This role will identify source and implement systems and technology solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Procurement and Design & Construction/Project Management organization. The incumbent in this role will own the multi-year Procurement technology roadmap and interface with the enterprise Information Technology leadership. This person represents the Procurement function in defining business requirements and ensures solutions meet the needs of the business. The role utilizes sourcing procurement design & construction/project management and software implementation experience paired with knowledge of cutting-edge technologies/tools to deliver a cost-effective Procurement technology solution that drives efficiency standardization and data-driven decision making. Defines standard reports and creates custom queries on an ad hoc basis. Ensures that system documentation or training are accurately updated and maintained. This role will introduce new concepts such as Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence to upgrade reporting and data analytic capabilities for Procurement.
