Carneros Resort and Spa is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, motivated, detail-oriented teammate to join our Sales and Catering Team as the Catering Event Manager. The Catering Event Manager’s primary role is servicing wedding and social events.
Our Catering Event Manager is responsible for the management of wedding and social events including, but not limited to, planning site visits/calls, menu tastings, banquet event order and resume document generation, timeline construction, floor plan design, billing estimates and day of partnership with the client/client’s event planner. Room block management will be necessary on occasion. We are looking for someone with a detail oriented, collaborative, friendly personality with outstanding interpersonal skills. A successful Catering Event Manager has a good balance of professionalism and empathy to produce memorable, well planned and executed events.
