We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our evening team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine dining with a solid understanding of the culinary arts. The Sous Chef works closely with the Executive Chef to plan and develop menus, oversee food prepartation, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
