The Recruiting Coordinator's main responsibilities include tasks ranging from posting open positions to job boards, screening applicants and resumes, coordinate candidate travel, scheduling interviews across departments, handling last-minute scheduling changes, creating offer letters, conducting background checks, conduct and review onboarding paperwork, and smoothing over any other matters in the hiring process. Maintain applicant tracking system and audit for accuracy. Assist and support management with handling and resolving recruiting issues.
