The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Director-Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as well as leading the entire Housekeeping Department including rooms front/back of house public areas and laundry. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

Manages the day-to-day leadership oversight of a team of on-property group and catering sales managers and administrative associates with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of the property’s sales objectives. Maintains accountability for verifying that the team maximizes group revenue opportunities by up-selling and accurately forecasting revenues (e.g., catering and group rooms) for all events. Acts as the on-property liaison for group sales within the pre-defined peak room parameters for Property Sales. Contracts and closes group business. Achieves group revenue goals by actively up-selling each business opportunity to maximize revenue opportunity. Additional responsibilities include project-based assignments to assist in hotel’s upcoming brand transition to Autograph Collection by Marriott, in multiple arenas including marketing, brand immersion/training, and systems conversion. The ADOS will assist the Director of Sales and Marketing on budget development, goal setting, and sales strategies for the property.
