Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Operations Supervisor will primarily be responsible for operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments at the hotel under the direction of the General Manager (or assigned Hotel Leadership). This role will ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by assisting back of the house operating departments. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

The Convention Services/Catering Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/food and beverage sales goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively servicing clients/groups and maintaining the contracted food and beverage minimum. The Convention Services/Catering Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to achieve the hotel’s revenue meeting planner satisfaction scores and food and beverage sales goals for one or more assigned properties. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Recreation Director oversees the operations of a hotel or resort's recreation facilities which may include a health club and/or fitness center pool and associated locker rooms. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

Performs all stages of linen processing including collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering. A Safety & Security Guard is responsible for providing protection for hotel guests employees and property. They are also responsible for providing guests with a sense of comfort and well being by maintaining a level of visibility. Depending on the hotel may be stationed in the base office for security of the Associate entrance and for conducting temperature checks during COVID procedures (as required).

Job Summary-Director of Sales: Homewood Suites Columbia, SC   The Director of Sales-Extended Stay has direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a Hilton Extended Stay hotel. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel sales department including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
