The Banquet Set-up Attendant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet functions as well as monitoring assigned sections during the events to ensure all patrons are served. This position has varying shifts including nights and weekends.

He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. He/she plans meals and assists the Food & Beverage Manager with various assignments i.e. pricing banquets etc. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time. 

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

This position will be directed and supervised by a Department Head or General Manager. The primary responsibilities for this position will be focused on routine operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments. Other duties may be assigned as required by the business and/or training for career advancement. The Greeter/Cashier is responsible for the reception area which includes greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner. This role responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and reservations information and guest concerns.

The Lead Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. Directs and supervises the Maintenance staff as requested by Property Engineer and/or General Manager. Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and overseeing the successful completion of maintenance and daily assigned tasks. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific)

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Cashier is responsible for accepting payment for food and beverages and making proper change for guests and fellow employees. He/she is also responsible for assisting the Host/Hostess in the prompt greeting and seating of all guests and assist servers as needed.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. The incumbent may also perform light selling duties to small groups and functions as directed by the Director of Sales.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
