Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Part-time, $14/hr, AM shift. The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner specifically within the Bistro at the Hotel. 

The Area General Manager manages the overall operation of two or more hotels through maintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Additional responsibilities could include troubleshooting at underperforming hotel/s or acting as General Manager at one or more hotels. The major responsibility in this position is to oversee all of the major operations of the hotel. Therefore a significant portion of time will be spent moving about the property listening and speaking to guests and employees. A large portion of time of time is spent creating financial reports and interpreting and analyzing business records/ statistical reports. A portion of time will be spent assisting the sales force in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). - $15.00/HR FULL TIME - 7:00AM-3:00PM     The House Attendant-Night responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. Responsibilities might include (as dictated by the hotel vertical): deep cleaning of assigned areas setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events cleaning and setting-up meeting room functions delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk and driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). This role primarily works in the evenings overnight hours.

- $15.00/HR FULL-TIME - WEEKDAYS 5:30AM-12:00PM - WEEKENDS 6:00AM-1:00PM The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

- $16.00/HR - PART-TIME - 10:00AM-6:00PM - WEEKEND AVAILABILITY NEEDED    The Laundry Attendant maintains constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. Performs all stages of linen processing including collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering.
