The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for assisting the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. This role specifically supports the Front Office functions during the overnight hours. 

As a Barista you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel's financial goals of the daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. You will prepares and/or serve beverages and/or food to guests to ensure the highest quality of product and service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize revenues and profitability by providing prompt and courteous food and beverage service in a fast-paced work environment.

The Director of Sales-Select Service has direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a Select Service hotel. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel sales department including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include sales and marketing budget forecast advertising marketing and business plans for no more than one Select Service hotel; manages within approved plans and budgets. 

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Part-time, $14/hr, AM shift. The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner specifically within the Bistro at the Hotel. 

The Area General Manager manages the overall operation of two or more hotels through maintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Additional responsibilities could include troubleshooting at underperforming hotel/s or acting as General Manager at one or more hotels. The major responsibility in this position is to oversee all of the major operations of the hotel. Therefore a significant portion of time will be spent moving about the property listening and speaking to guests and employees. A large portion of time of time is spent creating financial reports and interpreting and analyzing business records/ statistical reports. A portion of time will be spent assisting the sales force in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

This position supports the hotel engineering organization by giving direction to Area Champions Chief Engineers and Maintenance Engineers. Plays a key role in overseeing coordinating and assisting the activities of the maintenance staff. Ensures repair maintenance and engineering activities and the preventative maintenance program are completed as directed and supports or monitors capital repair and renovation projects. The major responsibility in this position is providing direction to Area Champions and hotel engineering staff members by advising them how to accomplish the maintenance and engineering functions of the hotel in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality policies and procedures. This person must understand the practices techniques and technologies required in the work they are performing or monitoring.

The Operations Supervisor will primarily be responsible for operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments at the hotel under the direction of the General Manager (or assigned Hotel Leadership). This role will ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by assisting back of the house operating departments. The Operations Supervisor may function to support a number of areas at the property including: Housekeeping F&B Front Office and Banquets (as applicable by hotel). They will provide hands on leadership to ensure that revenue is maximized while expenses are effectively controlled. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned.  He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). The Bar Supervisor helps to make the bar a comfortable and suitable place for customers by ensuring that all facilities and services are perfectly provided. He/She assists the bar manager in managing the bar. Prepares and serves alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to customers or guests. Weekend and holiday shifts could be scheduled. 

The Asst Restaurant Manager assists with assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. In partnership with F&B leadership the incumbent is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge and Banquet sales revenues to exceed budget. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
