The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

The Operations Supervisor will primarily be responsible for operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments at the hotel under the direction of the General Manager (or assigned Hotel Leadership). The Room Reservationist is responsible for handling reservations in a friendly and efficient manner and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of a collection of 2-10 hotels. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts for all assigned hotels. The Area Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the respective Directors of Sales/hotel leadership to achieve the revenue and market share goals for the hotels assigned. A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks. The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

In partnership with the General Manager the Director Operations manages the overall operation of the hotel through maintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Examines analyzes and evaluates operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies by performing the following duties. The majority of time is spent creating financial reports and interpreting and analyzing business records/ statistical reports. A portion of time will be assisting the sales force in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
