The Director of Finance is responsible for all activities related to budgeting forecasting profit and loss reporting and account reconciliation for operating and balance sheet accounts for our hotel location. This role directly oversees all accounting activities related to income auditing cashiering accounts payable processing accounts receivable collection tax compliance payroll and month end processing. Ensuring financial controls accurate reporting and profitability is a big job and not for the faint of heart but you will not be alone. This position is a high-profile Executive Committee position. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of operations for their assigned property; providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front line associates. He or she will ensure that financial performance is optimized that high quality product and service levels are maintained and that the hotel is operated in compliance with state federal and local regulations as well as Company and brand standards.   The General Manager will establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the sales plan and budget development and execution of physical property improvement projects. As a Barista you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel's financial goals of the daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. L'Auberge de Sedona is a Forbes 4 Star resort located on the banks of Oak Creek in the majestic Red Rock Country of Sedona, AZ. The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The host will take reservations and make calls to confirm reservations.  This position is the PM shift of 2pm - 9pm, 5 days a week.  The schedule will include weekends.
