A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks. The Area Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of a collection of 2-10 hotels. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts for all assigned hotels. The Area Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the respective Directors of Sales/hotel leadership to achieve the revenue and market share goals for the hotels assigned. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective properties the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. The incumbent may also perform light selling duties to small groups and functions as directed by the Director of Sales.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

The Director of Catering and Convention Services is direct oversight of attainment of assigned team catering/food and beverage sales goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively managing the catering team. This role may also be responsible for servicing catering clients and maintaining the contracted food and beverage minimum. This role will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Hotel leadership to achieve the hotel’s revenue meeting planner satisfaction scores and food and beverage catering sales goals for one or more assigned properties. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.
