The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Greeter/Cashier is responsible for the reception area which includes greeting guests in a professional and courteous manner. This role responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding appointments and reservations information and guest concerns.

The Lead Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. Directs and supervises the Maintenance staff as requested by Property Engineer and/or General Manager. Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and overseeing the successful completion of maintenance and daily assigned tasks. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific)

The Convention Services/Catering Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/food and beverage sales goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively servicing clients/groups and maintaining the contracted food and beverage minimum. The Convention Services/Catering Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to achieve the hotel’s revenue meeting planner satisfaction scores and food and beverage sales goals for one or more assigned properties. The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for ensuring efficient operations of the Housekeeping Department in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards as well as supervising the entire Housekeeping Department including rooms front/back of house public areas and laundry. Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for Managing the Maintenance Department in the absence of the Property Engineer. Directs and supervises the Maintenance staff as requested by Property Engineer. Responsible for all day-to-day operations of the maintenance department and overseeing the successful completion of maintenance and daily assigned tasks. Responsible for ensuring proper operations maintenance service and repair of all equipment while supporting the Aimbridge Hospitality goals of guest satisfaction cost control and profitability. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. for Overtime Eligible Manager (OEM) associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

Additional responsibilities include sales and marketing budget forecast advertising marketing and business plans for no more than one Select Service hotel; manages within approved plans and budgets.  Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

He/she is also responsible for overseeing and participating in the Preventative Maintenance program ensuring that all rooms and public space meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
