The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner specifically within the Bistro at the Hotel. 

Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The Convention Services/Catering Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned catering/food and beverage sales goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively servicing clients/groups and maintaining the contracted food and beverage minimum. The Convention Services/Catering Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to achieve the hotel’s revenue meeting planner satisfaction scores and food and beverage sales goals for one or more assigned properties. The Director of Sales-Select Service has direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a Select Service hotel. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel sales department including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include sales and marketing budget forecast advertising marketing and business plans for no more than one Select Service hotel; manages within approved plans and budgets.  Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. The Area Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the respective Directors of Sales/hotel leadership to achieve the revenue and market share goals for the hotels assigned. The Senior Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Sales team. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks.
