The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of operations for their assigned property; providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front line associates. The Asst Director Engineering serves to maintain the entire hotel facility including the physical building structure all mechanical electrical HVAC systems and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventative maintenance programs. The Housekeeping Assistant Supervisor is responsible for helping administer and coordinate housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for helping to inspect Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Supervisor functions in his/her absence.

The Bistro Manager is responsible for preparing food orders and serving meals or beverages to patrons and coordinating kitchen activities by performing various duties. This position may be required to serve alcohol based on property need. The Bistro Manager also provides direction and oversight to Bistro team members. Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social Corporate Business SMERF). He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

In addition this position is charged with consistently improving guest and employee satisfaction. The incumbent in this role may function in the role of a Chef as required.
