A line-Cook is responsible for preparing / cooking all food items based on standardized recipes for the Corporate HQ outlet Banquets/Catering in meeting rooms and Executive Lounge while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. The Director of Sales-Select Service has direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a Select Service hotel. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel sales department including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include sales and marketing budget forecast advertising marketing and business plans for no more than one Select Service hotel; manages within approved plans and budgets. The Gallery Host creates the brand-specific experience (i.e. Hyatt) for our guests by offering guests a larger than home experience with welcoming helpful and exceptional service while maintaining a clean comfortable and inviting environment.
Guest Services Lead serves as a primary contact for questions and/or more complex projects or concerns pertaining to Guest Services both for guests and Associates. This role will assist with training in new Guest Services Agents and will also serve in a Guest Services Agent capacity themselves responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest’s account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: focused training of front desk Associates registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.
