The Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for Managing the Maintenance Department in the absence of the Property Engineer. The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and sometimes accept payments primarily during the AM hours. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.

The General House Attendant will provide guests with an effortless and memorable experience that lets them know they are valued and cared for. This role will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the hotel primarily the guest rooms as assigned as well as other areas of the hotel including public spaces back of the house areas and outside spaces of the hotel.

The Bar Manager is responsible for managing the bar operations including the Sunset Bar and Georgian Room restaurant. This person should have experience curating elevated bar programs. This includes creating cocktail recipes and training the bar team on production of drinks. Prepares and serves alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages to customers or guests. Ensures the venue runs effectively and meets all Company standards, including service execution, guest interaction, atmosphere, and cleanliness. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.   Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. The Operations Supervisor will primarily be responsible for operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments at the hotel under the direction of the General Manager (or assigned Hotel Leadership). This role will ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by assisting back of the house operating departments. The Operations Supervisor may function to support a number of areas at the property including: Housekeeping F&B Front Office and Banquets (as applicable by hotel). Other duties may be assigned as required by the business demand.

Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time. 

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
