The Kitchen Supervisor oversees the day to day activities in the kitchen to ensure all activities take place without concern.

The Director of Finance is responsible for all activities related to budgeting forecasting profit and loss reporting and account reconciliation for operating and balance sheet accounts for our hotel location. This role directly oversees all accounting activities related to income auditing cashiering accounts payable processing accounts receivable collection tax compliance payroll and month end processing.  This position is a high-profile Executive Committee position. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time. 

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources or General Manager (property specific). As a member of the property Human Resources support staff he/she directs and works with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment total compensation training and development. Additionally he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with federal state and local regulations and Aimbridge Hospitality operating procedures. The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Complimentary Breakfast Area while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

The Laundry Attendant maintains constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. Performs all stages of linen processing including collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering) during the overnight hours. Cleans laundry machinery and laundry area.

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/or General Manager while providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay. He/she is also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Food Expediter is responsible for helping to keep a smooth workflow between the kitchen and the tables. Food expediters are responsible for the food portions of finished dishes ensuring they adhere to restaurant standards. Food expediters inspect every plate to make sure the proper garnishes have been applied and that dishes are free of smudges and spills before being delivered to the customer.

Current hours are Monday - Thursday 4pm -11pm, and Friday - Saturday 4pm -12am. Weekend availability is required.      Servers for Top of the East are responsible for promptly greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner, know the menu and be able to speak to ingrediants and preparation, suggest wine and beverage pairings, take accurate food and beverage orders, ensure food and beverages are served in a timely manner, and prepare itemized checks and accept payments. Servers will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the lounge and restocking items that are needed for serivce. Top of the East servers may perform additional duties including setting up and clearing tables, escorting guests to tables, and participating in lounge programming. Servers are responsible to check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol and provide the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.

The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the accounts payable/accounts receivable functions at the hotel as applicable; ensuring invoices are received and/or processed on a timely basis responsible for handling all the hotel deposits in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality Standards. In addition The Accounting Clerk also assists the Property Accountant with the administration of the Accounting area including Accounts Payable Human Resources and Payroll.

The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and sometimes accept payments primarily during the PM hours. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.
