The role of the Director Revenue-Hotel is to provide direction to property teams to identify develop and implement all potential revenue opportunities for 1 full service premium select and/or independent branded hotel. This role will provide integral support daily to the team for both long-term and short-term goals system reporting and tools and accurate forecasting to maximize the total revenue and profitability for the hotel(s) they support. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am).
