Ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by supervising back of the house operating departments in the absence of the General Manager and/or the Manager on Duty. This individual may assist the General Manager by continually focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation cost control guest satisfaction and development of associates. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. The Operations Manager may function to support a number of areas at the property including: Housekeeping Engineering/Maintenance F&B PBX Bell staff Front Office and Banquets.
Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.
Under the direction of the Vice President of Operations the Restaurant General Manager plans and directs the overall Food & Beverage operations for a stand alone bar and/or restaurant including all related management functions to ensure a positive guest experience..
The Pastry Cook II assists in producing and plating pastries and desserts and must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years of pastry experience at a luxury hotel or restaurant.

The Area Director of Sales is responsible planning and managing the overall sales and marketing for a collection of 2-10 full service premium select and/or independent branded hotels. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives for all of the entire collection of hotels. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel sales department including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include sales and marketing budget forecast advertising marketing and business plans; manages within approved plans and budgets.
Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
