The Painter is a position within the Engineering department. The main focus of this position is to perform routine to moderately complex surface preparation, painting and finishing tasks, applying a variety of methods, media and techniques to both interior and exterior surfaces. This person must be proactive in their approach to solving daily challenges. The Painter will perform other duties within the engineering department as directed by the Director of Engineering. Performs skilled painting jobs on furniture buildings and other areas within and/or around the hotel property.

The Reservations Supervisor oversees a team of agents and helps to ensure reservations are handled in a friendly and efficient manner and quotes of available rates are made to maximize room revenue and average rate according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. This position may also perform similar functions of the Reservation Agents they help support. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.

The Senior Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks. This position is a flex position with pm and overnight. The Front Desk Manager (Hotel experience required) is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office in an attentive, friendly, efficient and courteous manner, providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates, overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
