A Safety & Security Guard is responsible for providing protection for hotel guests employees and property. They are also responsible for providing guests with a sense of comfort and well being by maintaining a level of visibility. Depending on the hotel may be stationed in the base office for security of the Associate entrance and for conducting temperature checks during COVID procedures (as required).

Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. The incumbent may also perform light selling duties to small groups and functions as directed by the Director of Sales.

The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. Responsible for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am). Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of operations for their assigned property; providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front line associates. He or she will ensure that financial performance is optimized that high quality product and service levels are maintained and that the hotel is operated in compliance with state federal and local regulations as well as Company and brand standards.   The General Manager will establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the sales plan and budget development and execution of physical property improvement projects. They will provide hands on leadership to ensure that revenue is maximized while expenses are effectively controlled. The Executive Meeting Manager is responsible for proactively prospecting facilitating and closing group and catering business opportunities as well as event execution for their assigned hotel(s). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Executive Chef is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. He/she plans meals and assists the Food & Beverage Manager with various assignments i.e. pricing banquets etc. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the administrative functions for all Sales and Catering positions are handled.

The Coffee Manager provides oversight of the coffee shop and direction to the Baristas and Coffee Shift Leads. Prepares and serves coffee or espresso beverages to customers or guests as needed. The Telephone Operator's main responsibility is to responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination; ensuring efficient communication within to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive courteous and efficient customer service.

Performs all stages of linen processing including collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering. The Human Resources Admin role will provide support to the Hotel Director of Human Resources. The admin will play a key role in faciliating screening, hiring and on-boarding of new associates. Additionally, they will be instrumental in planning and developing employee engagement program and events including recognition and training. The Human Resources department spear heads all community involvement opportunities for the hotel, so having an excitement for giving back would be helpful. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and exceptional organizational skills. Bi-lingual language skills would be an advantage, but not a requirement. The right person will be technically savvy, creative and enthusiastic about helping people.   As this is a part time position, the hours and days worked can be flexible. A typcially work week would be two or three days, or about 20 hours.

The Catering Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social Corporate Business SMERF). The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in ensuring first quality Food and Beverage service while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead costs. He/she is also responsible for continually working toward improving Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond budget. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week).

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks. Recamarera tiene la responsabilidad de mantener limpias ordenadas y atractivas las habitaciones de los clientes pasillos áreas públicas del hotel limpiando los cuartos de acuerdo a los procedimientos del hotel llenar los carros con material reemplazando la línea y reabastecer el cuarto de amenidades siguiendo las normas de la empresa y los procedimientos de seguridad. En algunos casos esta función también sería responsable de realizar actividades de 'limpieza profunda' dentro de la habitación de invitados junto con tareas de mantenimiento preventivo.
