Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel sales department including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include sales and marketing budget forecast advertising marketing and business plans for a full-service resort; manages within approved plans and budgets. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.    

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Senior Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Sales team. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Concierge is responsible for providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure. The main focus is to engage every guest in conversation and recognition as well as resolve any guest issues immediately. The concierge is available to answer any guest inquires regarding the city events and attractions. This individual will provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests and will support other departments including Sales Front Office and Bellman/Van as needed.

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner specifically within the Bistro at the Hotel. 

The Complimentary AM Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner within the complimentary breakfast area of a hotel. In addition this individual shall be well-versed on the hotel-brand standards guest expectations and the and unique characteristics of the hotel and local area.

Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.
