The House Attendant-Night responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

Performs all stages of linen processing including collecting transporting sorting weighing loading and unloading (washers dryers and chutes) ironing folding storing and delivering. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel sales department including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include sales and marketing budget forecast advertising marketing and business plans for a full-service resort; manages within approved plans and budgets. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Senior Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Sales team. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Concierge is responsible for providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure. The main focus is to engage every guest in conversation and recognition as well as resolve any guest issues immediately. The concierge is available to answer any guest inquires regarding the city events and attractions. This individual will provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests and will support other departments including Sales Front Office and Bellman/Van as needed.
