Under the direction of the General Manager the Restaurant General Manager plans and directs the overall Food & Beverage operations for a stand alone bar and/or restaurant including all related management functions to ensure a positive guest experience.
Assist Director of Central Accounting with management of assigned hotels financial information and prepare financial statements for business units in a timely and accurate manner while creating a positive working environment. The incumbent may be expected to provide support and oversight of additional accounts reconciliations reporting and processes outside of select properties as defined and established by leadership.
