As a Barista you will fill a guest services role in supporting your hotel's financial goals of the daily operation of the Starbucks facilities and/or other areas of the Food and Beverage departments. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week). Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. L'Auberge de Sedona is a Forbes 4 Star resort located on the banks of Oak Creek in the majestic Red Rock Country of Sedona, AZ. The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The host will take reservations and make calls to confirm reservations.  This position is the PM shift of 2pm - 9pm, 5 days a week.  The schedule will include weekends.
