The Laundry Attendant maintains constant supply of clean linens for the hotel. The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The Director of Sales & Marketing-Full Service has direct oversight of planning and managing the overall sales and marketing for a Full Service hotel. The intention is to achieve optimal occupancy growth in existing accounts and generating new business all to maximize total revenue and meet/exceed hotel profit objectives. This role will oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel sales division including but not limited to direct sales efforts follow-up and proper sales administration and training. He/she plans meals and assists the Food & Beverage Manager with various assignments i.e. pricing banquets etc. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time. 

Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. Responsible for inspecting Guest Rooms and ensuring they are cleaned up to standards assist Room Attendants as needed provide necessary training. Responsible for assuming all Housekeeping Manager functions in his/her absence.

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the administrative functions for all Sales and Catering positions are handled.

The Coffee Manager provides oversight of the coffee shop and direction to the Baristas and Coffee Shift Leads. Prepares and serves coffee or espresso beverages to customers or guests as needed. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks. The Telephone Operator's main responsibility is to responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination; ensuring efficient communication within to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive courteous and efficient customer service.
