The Room Reservationist is responsible for handling reservations in a friendly and efficient manner and quoting available rates to maximize room revenue and average rate according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards. He/she is also responsible for participating in the monthly Rooms Merchandising meeting.

In partnership with the General Manager the Director Operations manages the overall operation of the hotel through maintaining established cost and quality standards maximizing profits developing and retaining employees and exceeding guest expectations. Examines analyzes and evaluates operations of assigned hotels to ensure adherence to company and franchise standards and policies by performing the following duties. The majority of time is spent creating financial reports and interpreting and analyzing business records/ statistical reports. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He or she is charged with responsibility for all aspects of operations for their assigned property; providing support supervision and guidance to their management team and front line associates. He or she will ensure that financial performance is optimized that high quality product and service levels are maintained and that the hotel is operated in compliance with state federal and local regulations as well as Company and brand standards.   The General Manager will establish priorities and lead key operational initiatives such as the sales plan and budget development and execution of physical property improvement projects. They will provide hands on leadership to ensure that revenue is maximized while expenses are effectively controlled.
