He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquet sales revenues to meet or exceed budget. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure a consistently high-quality food product while at the same time developing his/her team and driving a positive work environment. In addition this position is charged with consistently improving guest and employee satisfaction. The incumbent in this role may function in the role of a Chef as required. The Bar Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in bars as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their bar experience. The Bistro Attendant is responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner specifically within the Bistro at the Hotel. 

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for administering and coordinating housekeeping functions in assigned sections. The Director of Sales & Marketing-Full Service has direct oversight of planning and managing the overall sales and marketing for a Full Service hotel. The intention is to achieve optimal occupancy growth in existing accounts and generating new business all to maximize total revenue and meet/exceed hotel profit objectives. This role will oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel sales division including but not limited to direct sales efforts follow-up and proper sales administration and training. This role will ultimately recommend the sales forecast marketing advertising sales plans programs and annual budget for no more than one Full Service hotel; manages within approved plans and budgets.  Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.
