They will provide hands on leadership to ensure that revenue is maximized while expenses are effectively controlled. They will serve as the linchpin for communications with guests and clients associates ownership corporate representatives brand representatives and key vendors.  Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 2 full-time associates or their equivalents. The Concierge is responsible for providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure. The main focus is to engage every guest in conversation and recognition as well as resolve any guest issues immediately. The concierge is available to answer any guest inquires regarding the city events and attractions. This individual will provide exceptional customer service to all of our guests and will support other departments including Sales Front Office and Bellman/Van as needed.

The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for participating in the preventative maintenance program handling guest requests and other work orders as assigned. He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry painting plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. The Prep Cook also is responsible for preparing cold foods and shellfish slicing meat and brewing coffee or tea.

The Nail Technician performs professional nail hand and foot treatments. They must possess a thorough knowledge of the nails including a basic knowledge of hand and foot massage techniques and a neat application of polish. They must possess excellent cleanliness and sanitation skills and be willing to train in our spa's specific nail service offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests. They must hold and maintain a current State license.
