He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquet sales revenues to meet or exceed budget. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure a consistently high-quality food product while at the same time developing his/her team and driving a positive work environment. This role will oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel sales division including but not limited to direct sales efforts follow-up and proper sales administration and training. A Banquet Server is responsible for the set up and the service of all assigned banquet functions.  

The Banquet Captain is responsible for supervising and assisting with the set-up service and clean-up of all assigned banquet functions. The F&B Coordinator is responsible for assiting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with administrative and coordinating tasks for the department. This role is a combination of both Banquet Captain and F&B Coordinator.
