The Banquets Asst Manager is responsible for helping to ensure the efficient operation of the Banquet Department with a focus on cost control and exceptional guest service. The Banquet Asst Manager assists with oversight of all aspects of a banquet or event including set-up serving and cleanup. This incumbent in partnership with the Banquets Manager is in charge of hiring training coaching disciplining and reviewing banquet staff. Responsible for transporting guests to and from the hotel to local area attractions as well as assisting the guest with recommendations for restaurants and tourist activities. The Bell Attendant is also expected to support with front desk operations. Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designate locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties and to accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive courteous and efficient manner.

The Executive Chef is responsible for supervising and assisting in the preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen work and storage areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio. He/she plans meals and assists the Food & Beverage Manager with various assignments i.e. pricing banquets etc. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities. The focus of catering sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Social Corporate Business SMERF). He/she is also responsible for continually working toward improving Food and Beverage sales revenues beyond budget. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities (OEM associates are required to work a minimum of 47.5 hours per work week).

Salary starting at $55,000 (based on experience)   The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets (as applicable by hotel) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Bar/Lounge Starbucks (or other comparable outlet) quick-serve outlet pool bar and/or any other applicable outlet and Banquet sales (as applicable by hotel) revenues to exceed budget. This position will be directed and supervised by a Department Head or General Manager.
