The job of a groundsman is maintaining the condition and appearance of the property lawns, grounds, and parking lots. Laying out and marking parking spots, Cleaning up property by clearing debris/trash bins and provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, pathways, & parking lots, Cleaning and painting benches, poles, and signs, Inspecting grounds for safety hazards and performing necessary repairs, Operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment, Applying fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides as needed, maintaining outdoor seating and signage, Shoveling & maintaing walkways clean during snow storms.

The Hotel Engineer is responsible for assisting with the operation maintenance service and repair of equipment as assigned. He/she is also responsible for daily maintenance and overall upkeep of guest rooms, common areas, waterpark and pool areas, and hotel grounds. This includes following all company policies and procedures in accordance with all property manuals and achieving maintenance goals.  He/she is also responsible for performing the job in a safe and efficient manner and performing trade jobs such as carpentry, painting, plumbing etc. May require driving shuttle van when needed (property specific). The Area Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of a collection of 2-10 hotels. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts for all assigned hotels. The Area Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the respective Directors of Sales/hotel leadership to achieve the revenue and market share goals for the hotels assigned. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register.
