The role of the Director Revenue-Hotel is to provide direction to property teams to identify develop and implement all potential revenue opportunities for 1 full service premium select and/or independent branded hotel. This role will provide integral support daily to the team for both long-term and short-term goals system reporting and tools and accurate forecasting to maximize the total revenue and profitability for the hotel(s) they support. This role will also be expected to participate and be a key member of the Executive Committee for the hotel as applicable. Exempt associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.

Website(s) Management & Updates - Hilton platform website in correlation with Aimbridge management assistance, new branded vanity website management
Additional minor responsibilities will include some administrative duties, sales & marketing related projects, marketing assistance for other departments on an ad hoc basis, and other duties as identified by leadership.

A Safety & Security Guard is responsible for providing protection for hotel guests employees and property. They are also responsible for providing guests with a sense of comfort and well being by maintaining a level of visibility. Depending on the hotel may be stationed in the base office for security of the Associate entrance and for conducting temperature checks during COVID procedures (as required).
This is a weekend overnight position for Fridays and Saturdays from 11pm to 7am

The Food & Beverage Director is responsible for assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets (Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquets) while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. He/she is also responsible for continually working towards improving Restaurant Room Service Lounge Market and Banquet sales revenues to meet or exceed budget. The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for directing and organizing the activities of the Food and Beverage Department to ensure a consistently high-quality food product while at the same time developing his/her team and driving a positive work environment. In addition this position is charged with consistently improving guest and employee satisfaction. The incumbent in this role may function in the role of a Chef as required. The Purchasing Manager OEM obtains products components and manages inventory by directing procurement disbursement shipping quantities and receiving schedules assists with vendor relationships on occasion negotiates cost assisting with the discovery of new complementing product & resources.
