Sign-On Bonus in 3 installments for total of $1000.00

The Banquet Set-up Attendant is responsible for set-up and clean-up of banquet functions as well as monitoring assigned sections during the events to ensure all patrons are served. This position has varying shifts including nights and weekends.

Primary responsibilities include: driving guests to designated locations assisting guests with luggage maintaining vehicle cleanliness and concierge duties. Van Drivers must have strong analytical and navigation skills with the ability to coordinate multiple pick-ups and drop-offs on a schedule under continuously changing circumstances. The Merchant Processing Manager manages a team of Merchant Processing analysts responsible for the completion of merchant processing tasks for the support of existing properties. This person has a heavy focus on merchant account support, project tracking, resolution management, and timely updates to all internal and external stakeholders. This person also oversees our merchant processing ticketing system, ensuring prompt response and completion. Serves as the point of contact for merchant processing issues for all assigned projects.

The Senior Merchant Processing Manager is the point of contact for merchant processors and gateway providors resolving issues relating to the set up of merchant accounts and gateway accounts. The manager is responsible for Aimbridge’s portfolio of domestic hotels’ credit card processing operations, including onboarding of new properties, EMV implementations, adding location IDs, merchant ID issuance, bank account change submissions, certain bank account opening processes, internal and external communications, reporting and relationship management with credit card processors, gateway, POS and PMS providers. Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

The House Attendant-Lobby responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. Responsibilities might include (as dictated by hotel vertical): deep cleaning of assigned areas, setting-up and maintaining complimentary hotel lobby functions including the coffee service and nightly concierge events, cleaning and setting-up meeting room functions, delivering service items to guest rooms upon requests from the front desk, and driving shuttle van when needed (property specific).

The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

The Chief Engineer is responsible for ensuring proper operations maintenance service and repair of all equipment while supporting the Aimbridge Hospitality goals of guest satisfaction cost control and profitability. He/she is also responsible for overseeing and participating in the Preventative Maintenance program ensuring that all rooms and public space meet Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
