We are looking for our next Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist as we prepare to under go a refresh and re-opening of our three meal restaurant - Trademark. The ideal candidate must have prior Front of House Restaurant experience - preference would be previous supervisor or floor manager. This person will assist with assuring attentive friendly courteous and efficient service in all F&B Outlets Room Service Lounge and Banquets while maintaining adherence to budgeted payroll and overhead cost. In partnership with leadership they are also responsible for continually working towards improving revenues.
