The Director of Finance is responsible for all activities related to budgeting forecasting profit and loss reporting and account reconciliation for operating and balance sheet accounts for our hotel location. This role directly oversees all accounting activities related to income auditing cashiering accounts payable processing accounts receivable collection tax compliance payroll and month end processing. This position is a high-profile Executive Committee position. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.
Marketing Manager provides thought leadership on all aspects of marketing by remaining current on trends, our competitive landscape, and best practices. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategy for Yours Truly DC including deployment of strategies and tactics across different platforms.
Builds direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference, aggregate market share, and structure broader brand awareness.
The Telephone Operator's main responsibility is to responds to incoming calls in a timely manner and direct caller to appropriate destination; ensuring efficient communication within to and from the hotel while maintaining attentive courteous and efficient customer service.
The Assistant Director of Sales assists with direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a hotel or assigned collection of hotels in partnership with the respective Director of Sales/Director of Sales & Marketing. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will oversee operations of the hotel Sales Managers including but not limited to direct sales follow-up sales administration hiring of staff training managing and coaching. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales and marketing budget forecast advertising and marketing and business plans. The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.
The Front Desk Manager is responsible for ensuring the operation of the Front Office in an attentive friendly efficient and courteous manner providing all guests with quality service prior to and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Sales Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively soliciting and securing new accounts. The Sales Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales to achieve the hotel’s revenue and market share goals for one or more properties. The focus of sales may vary based on the respective property the associate is assigned to (i.e. Leisure Business Travel Group SMERF). Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for the accounts payable/accounts receivable functions at the hotel as applicable; ensuring invoices are received and/or processed on a timely basis responsible for handling all the hotel deposits in accordance with Aimbridge Hospitality Standards. In addition The Accounting Clerk also assists the Property Accountant with the administration of the Accounting area including Accounts Payable Human Resources and Payroll.

The Server is responsible for taking customer's food and drink orders serve food and beverages prepare itemized checks and sometimes accept payments. May perform additional duties which may include escorting guests to tables serving customers seated at counters setting up and clearing tables or operating a cash register. They also check the identification of patrons to ensure they meet the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcohol. Responsible for providing the highest quality of service possible to guests in an efficient and courteous manner.

A Cook is responsible for preparing all food items based on standardized recipes for the Restaurant/Dining Outlet Cafe Room Service Employee Cafeteria and Banquets while maintaining the highest standards to produce an appealing and appetizing product. He/she is also responsible for ensuring the cleanliness sanitation and safety in the kitchen and work areas while minimizing waste and maximizing cost/production ratio.

This role will also serve as a mentor/trainer for members of the Sales team. Plans, directs, and coordinates catered events. Assists in the selection of menu items, schedules catering staff, arranges for facilities or equipment, and communicates customer/ client needs to the appropriate personnel, directly supporting the needs/goals of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Develops and maintains catering accounts and client relationships by ensuring customer satisfaction before, during, and after the event.

The Banquets Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Banquet Department with a focus on cost control and exceptional guest service. The banquet manager oversees all aspects of a banquet or event including set-up serving and cleanup. Banquet managers are in charge of hiring training coaching disciplining and reviewing banquet staff. Front Desk Agents are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay. Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making and modifying reservations hotel operator and concierge duties. Providing attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
