The PM Front Desk Agent/ Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work. This position will mainly working three days a week as the for the front desk operation during the overnight shift (Typically 11pm-7am), and two days a week as PM Front Office Agent (Typically 3pm-11pm) . Primary responsibilities include: registering guests making reservations preparing daily reports balancing transactions and conducting security walks.
The Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in outlets as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.
