Assist Director of Sales Sales Managers and Catering Manager in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical and administrative duties relating to guest and hotel communications through the sales team as well as light selling duties to small groups and functions. The incumbent may also perform light selling duties to small groups and functions as directed by the Director of Sales.

The General Manager is a polished well-spoken and well-regarded ambassador who carries a strong vision for their hotel. The Bar Host is responsible for ensuring the prompt recognition and seating of all guests in bars as assigned and assists the servers in providing attentive courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their bar experience. He/she is also responsible for assisting the cashier in the collection of payment for all guest transactions.

The Bartender is responsible for preparing food and drink orders serving beverages and meals to patrons as regulated by state and federal age requirements and coordinating lounge/bar activities.

The Catering Coordinator is responsible for articulating and negotiating all details related to scheduled meetings/events requested at the hotel including event specifications and payment. It is the responsibility of this role to work closely with clients on details pertaining to menus set up sleeping rooms and up-sells where possible.
