The House Attendant-Night responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the public areas of the hotel. The Recreation Director oversees the operations of a hotel or resort's recreation facilities which may include a health club and/or fitness center pool and associated locker rooms. Exempt managers must customarily and regular direct the work of at least 3 full-time associates or their equivalents. Primary duties must consist of administrative executive or professional tasks more than 50 percent of the time and job duties must also involve the use of discretion and independent judgement more than 50 percent of the time.

  A Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all china glass and silver and ensuring the highest standards of sanitation. He/she is also responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and all storage areas; specifically for cleaning all equipment utensils and the physical work area. He/she is also responsible for assisting with proper food storage and rotation.

A Housekeeper is primarily responsible for maintaining clean and attractive guest rooms hallways and public areas in the hotel servicing guest rooms daily in accordance with hotel procedures stocking cart with room supplies and replacing bed linens and replenishing guest room supplies while following company standards and safety/security procedures. In some instances this role would also be responsible for conducting ‘deep cleaning’ activities within the guest room in conjunction with preventative maintenance tasks. The Human Resource Manager will report directly to the Director of Human Resources or General Manager (property specific). As a member of the property Human Resources support staff he/she directs and works with Human Resources employees to carry out the daily activities of the Human Resource Office including oversight of recruitment total compensation training and development. Additionally he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with federal state and local regulations and Aimbridge Hospitality operating procedures. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities; for OEM associates overtime does apply and is calculated accordingly.

The Licensed Massage Therapist administers professional massage and body treatments to our guests. They must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities possess a general understanding of body treatments and be willing to train in our spa's specific massage and body treatment offerings. They must possess excellent communication skills and be able to learn the product and service knowledge necessary to effectively provide wellness solutions to meet the needs of our guests.

The Recreation Supervisor assists the manager with the operations of a hotel or resort's recreation facilities which may include a health club and/or fitness center pool and associated locker rooms. This position will lead and assist in planning coordination and supervision of all day-to-day activities and programs including all holiday and group events for Hammock Beach Resort. The direct supervision of the Kids Crew Counselors is an integral part of this position but also extends to putting green and bike rental operations including direct supervision of all staff. This individual must be self-motivated enthusiastic innovative and dependable. 

A Banquet Server is responsible for the set up and the service of all assigned banquet functions.

A Health Club Attendant is an individual in charge of welcoming clients and guests into a health club responding to all inquiries while observing set standards. The Health Club Attendant is also responsible for ensuring the Health Club is kept clean and organized.

The Pool Attendant maintains cleanliness and order around the pool area. Provides prompt and courteous service to guests.
