The Operations Supervisor will primarily be responsible for operational tasks and supervising others in their operational assignments at the hotel under the direction of the General Manager (or assigned Hotel Leadership). This role will ensure guest satisfaction and the efficient operation of the hotel by assisting back of the house operating departments. The Operations Supervisor may function to support a number of areas at the property including: Housekeeping F&B Front Office and Banquets (as applicable by hotel). The Convention Services Manager is responsible for attainment of assigned convention/event goals tied to the overall performance of the hotel. The individual will be responsible for effectively servicing clients/groups and maintaining the contracted food and beverage minimum. The Convention Services Manager will work in conjunction with the Director of Sales or Director of Catering/Convention Services to achieve the hotel’s revenue meeting planner satisfaction scores and food and beverage goals for one or more assigned properties. The HR Admin job entails providing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-run development of HR function in specific during an initial phase of recruitment growth and development.
